11:30 to 1:00 PRELIMINARY CHAMPIONSHIPS/ADULTS(90 minutes)
SNOW DAYS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to poor weather, acts of nature, or other unforeseen emergencies, classes may be cancelled and/or the studio may close occasionally. In the event of severe weather conditions, the decision to close will be made as soon as possible. All dancers and families will be notified via email. We will also post the cancellation on our Facebook page, Instagram and post it in the Whatsapp group chat.
The studio will not close once classes are running unless there is extreme danger to our teachers or dancers. If your class is later in the day and conditions worsen it is up to you to decide what is safest.
If classes are cancelled, dancers may make up the class in another class at a similar level. Contact Dympna at dympna@devoyacademy.com for suitable alternate class times. Please be advised that no additional classes will be scheduled to offset the cancellation due to the snow day.
